Los medios tonos caen <em>te\u00f3ricamente<\/em> en su lugar autom\u00e1ticamente, si la imagen est\u00e1 correctamente expuesta t\u00e9cnicamente (gris al 18% expuesto a 40 IRE).<\/p>\n<h2>Nosotros como cinemat\u00f3grafos<\/h2>\n<p>Si no queremos estar correctamente expuestos t\u00e9cnicamente todo el tiempo, subexponemos o sobreexponemos deliberadamente los tonos piel seg\u00fan el \u00e1nimo y el look de la escena. Es por eso que los medios tonos deben colocarse manualmente donde queremos que est\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan c\u00f3mo bajes los negros y subas los blancos, es posible que necesites agregar saturaci\u00f3n a la imagen para que se vea correctamente. \u00a1Eso es todo!<\/p>\n<p>Para convertir o &#8220;normalizar&#8221; correctamente el material para que se vea correctamente, los fabricantes de c\u00e1maras proporcionan LUTs (look up table) que se pueden aplicar a los clips dentro de un NLE y hacer que se vean contrastados y coloridos nuevamente.<\/p>\n<p>Puedes pensar en esas LUTs como correcciones de color &#8220;congeladas&#8221;, as\u00ed es que, por dise\u00f1o, esas LUTs simplemente toman un <em>valor de entrada<\/em> y &#8220;tontamente&#8221; lo convierten en un <em>valor de salida<\/em>. Si tu material est\u00e1 t\u00e9cnicamente expuesto correctamente y colocas cualquier LUT antiguo X-LOG a REC.709, tu material se ver\u00e1 como filmado con un gamma 709, pero el LUT no compensar\u00e1 si el material est\u00e1 accidental o intencionalmente sobreexpuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Los archivos LOG de 8 bits son generalmente suaves y no tan agresivos como sus contrapartes de 10 bits. Eso significa que necesitan menos cambios en los valores de luminancia y parecen casi normales desde el comienzo (Canon C-LOG o DJI D-Cinelike, por ejemplo), sin embargo, necesitan los mismos ajustes que las versiones m\u00e1s agresivas de LOG, solo que un poco menos.
