Contin\u00faa leyendo\u2026<\/strong><\/p><159585-inline-buylinks\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de comenzar, un peque\u00f1o comentario personal: cuando su predecesora, la Sony a7S II, lleg\u00f3 a las tiendas de Viena en octubre de 2015, me apresur\u00e9 a ir y comprarla de inmediato ya que sab\u00eda que esta era la c\u00e1mara que deb\u00eda comprar para videograf\u00eda full-frame. Estuve muy contento trabajando con ella durante m\u00e1s de 3 a\u00f1os, y a fines de 2018 la vend\u00ed porque pensaba que pronto saldr\u00eda una sucesora\u2026 bueno, tom\u00f3 bastante m\u00e1s tiempo, como todos sabemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de que te hayas perdido nuestra rese\u00f1a del mundo real (de una Sony a7S III en preproducci\u00f3n), <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/sony-a7s-iii-review-mini-documentary-and-lowlight-sample-footage\/\" target=\"_blank\">puedes verla y leerla aqu\u00ed<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Sony de 10 bits: \u00bfSuficiente para el 2020?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos en octubre de 2020 y la Sony a7S III est\u00e1 en mis manos, y me pregunto si deber\u00eda correr a las tiendas nuevamente. Despu\u00e9s de todo, el panorama acerca de la c\u00e1mara ha cambiado y hay muchos modelos full-frame de 10 bits de la competencia que est\u00e1n disponibles (Canon, Panasonic, Nikon y las ofertas de ZCAM, solo por nombrar algunos). Adem\u00e1s, mientras tanto compr\u00e9 una BMPCC6K y estoy muy contento con ella\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, llevar la Sony a7S III al laboratorio era algo que deseaba realizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas las pruebas que ver\u00e1n a continuaci\u00f3n se realizaron en SLOG3, SGamut3.Cine con el c\u00f3dec XAVC S-I All Intra 4:2:2 de 10 bits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sony a7S III: El mejor valor de rolling shutter de la historia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como siempre, utilizamos nuestra luz estrobosc\u00f3pica de 300Hz para medir el rolling shutter. A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, la Panasonic S5 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s5-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">medida recientemente<\/a> tiene una frecuencia de 21ms en UHD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es interesante pensar que con 8,7ms, ser\u00eda posible un m\u00e1ximo de ~115 cuadros por segundo. Sin embargo, al observar 100fps en modo UHD se miden los mismos <strong>8,7ms<\/strong>, por lo tanto, hasta 100fps no cambia ning\u00fan valor en la lectura. Sin embargo, lo que se vuelve obvio es que se trata de un piso de ruido muy limpio: al parecer, se est\u00e1 produciendo una gran cantidad de reducci\u00f3n de ruido en la c\u00e1mara, y no es posible deshabilitar esto. Esto era de esperar de la l\u00ednea a7S de Sony, que siempre ha sido la reina de la poca luz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lectura IMATEST calcul\u00f3 el valor de umbral de se\u00f1al de ruido de 2 en 12,4 paradas. Esto siempre es una se\u00f1al de que est\u00e1n procesando el ruido de una forma u otra, y el riesgo es que la imagen ya no luzca org\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comparar esto con c\u00e1maras probadas recientemente, como la Panasonic S5 (puedes echarle un vistazo <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s5-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>), podr\u00e1s ver que la S5 tiene paradas adicionales visibles en el piso de ruido y a\u00fan muestra 12,1 paradas en SNR = 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, la sony a7S III obtuvo un resultado s\u00f3lido en SNR = 2, pero no esperes que se recupere mucha m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n del piso de ruido excesivamente limpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rango din\u00e1mico de la Sony a7S III en ISO 16000 con SLOG3 SGamut3.Cine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como lo not\u00f3 mi colega Johnnie en su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/sony-a7s-iii-review-mini-documentary-and-lowlight-sample-footage\/\">rese\u00f1a<\/a> de la Sony a7S III, parece haber un segundo ISO nativo en 16000 donde la imagen es muy limpia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que decid\u00ed mirar tambi\u00e9n el rango din\u00e1mico en ISO 16000. Nuevamente, al mirar la forma de onda, por debajo de las 12 paradas hay una tenue decimotercera parada visible. As\u00ed que pierdes muy poco al pasar de ISO 640 a ISO 16000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como dijo Johnnie en su <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/sony-a7s-iii-review-mini-documentary-and-lowlight-sample-footage\/\" target=\"_blank\">rese\u00f1a<\/a>, la Sony a7S III es un dispositivo de \u201cvisi\u00f3n nocturna\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prueba de latitud (subexposici\u00f3n) de la Sony a7S III<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de cada prueba de laboratorio, realizamos la prueba de latitud. La latitud es la capacidad de una c\u00e1mara para retener los detalles y los colores de la imagen cuando est\u00e1 sobreexpuesta o subexpuesta. Estos grandes parches de ruido no se pueden eliminar de forma eficaz mediante la reducci\u00f3n de ruido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resumen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva Sony a7S III muestra resultados mixtos en la prueba de laboratorio. Por un lado, muestra el mejor resultado de rolling shutter que jam\u00e1s hemos visto en una c\u00e1mara full-frame: 8,7ms. Asombroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, en la prueba de rango din\u00e1mico en ISO 640 tiene 12,4 paradas s\u00f3lidas en SNR = 2, pero no hay mucho m\u00e1s, tal vez media parada. Parece que Sony tiene una gran cantidad de procesamiento de reducci\u00f3n de ruido interno para exprimir este n\u00famero, lo que para la mayor\u00eda de los usuarios estar\u00e1 bien, \u00a1es un gran resultado! En ISO 16000 los resultados son realmente impresionantes: se miden 11,9 paradas (SNR = 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Panasonic S5, por ejemplo, muestra 12,1 paradas (SNR = 2) pero una parada 13 y 14 todav\u00eda visibles, algo similar a la Canon R5 en el modo de filmaci\u00f3n RAW. La Sony FX9 tiene una decimotercera, decimocuarta e incluso un indicio de decimoquinta parada enterrada en el piso de ruido, aunque muestra solo 11,5 paradas en SNR = 2, esta es la raz\u00f3n por la que siempre damos el resultado completo para que puedas contemplar las cosas en perspectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la prueba de subexposici\u00f3n, la Sony a7S III se ve obstaculizada por los parches grandes y extra\u00f1os de ruido de croma; Si deseas evitarlo, el l\u00edmite se alcanza en 3 paradas de subexposici\u00f3n, lo cual es bastante similar a la Sony FX9 si utilizas el c\u00f3dec interno All-I.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s5-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">Panasonic S5 que probamos hace poco<\/a> se ve sorprendentemente bien hasta 4 paradas de subexposici\u00f3n. A modo de comparaci\u00f3n, la Panasonic S5 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s5-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">medida recientemente<\/a> tiene una frecuencia de 21ms en UHD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es interesante pensar que con 8,7ms, ser\u00eda posible un m\u00e1ximo de ~115 cuadros por segundo. Sin embargo, al observar 100fps en modo UHD se miden los mismos <strong>8,7ms<\/strong>, por lo tanto, hasta 100fps no cambia ning\u00fan valor en la lectura. Esto siempre es una se\u00f1al de que est\u00e1n procesando el ruido de una forma u otra, y el riesgo es que la imagen ya no luzca org\u00e1nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al comparar esto con c\u00e1maras probadas recientemente, como la Panasonic S5 (puedes echarle un vistazo <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/panasonic-lumix-s5-lab-test-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-and-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>), podr\u00e1s ver que la S5 tiene paradas adicionales visibles en el piso de ruido y a\u00fan muestra 12,1 paradas en SNR = 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, la sony a7S III obtuvo un resultado s\u00f3lido en SNR = 2, pero no esperes que se recupere mucha m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n del piso de ruido excesivamente limpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rango din\u00e1mico de la Sony a7S III en ISO 16000 con SLOG3 SGamut3.Cine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tal como lo not\u00f3 mi colega Johnnie en su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/sony-a7s-iii-review-mini-documentary-and-lowlight-sample-footage\/\">rese\u00f1a<\/a> de la Sony a7S III, parece haber un segundo ISO nativo en 16000 donde la imagen es muy limpia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello que decid\u00ed mirar tambi\u00e9n el rango din\u00e1mico en ISO 16000. Nuevamente, al mirar la forma de onda, por debajo de las 12 paradas hay una tenue decimotercera parada visible. La latitud es la capacidad de una c\u00e1mara para retener los detalles y los colores de la imagen cuando est\u00e1 sobreexpuesta o subexpuesta. Debido a los parches en bloques de ruido de croma, la aplicaci\u00f3n de la reducci\u00f3n de ruido no ayuda.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Desafortunadamente, notamos que se repite una situaci\u00f3n similar a la ocurrida con la Sony FX9 en la <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cined.com\/es\/lab-test-sony-fx9-rolling-shutter-dynamic-range-latitude\/\" target=\"_blank\">prueba de laboratorio<\/a>: parece que el c\u00f3dec XAVC All Intra (4:2:2 10 bits) con una tasa de bits promedio de 250 Mbit\/s para 25 cuadros por segundo no es capaz de retener los detalles de las sombras sin mostrar desagradables parches de ruido de croma. Estos grandes parches de ruido no se pueden eliminar de forma eficaz mediante la reducci\u00f3n de ruido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resumen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva Sony a7S III muestra resultados mixtos en la prueba de laboratorio. Por un lado, muestra el mejor resultado de rolling shutter que jam\u00e1s hemos visto en una c\u00e1mara full-frame: 8,7ms. Asombroso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, en la prueba de rango din\u00e1mico en ISO 640 tiene 12,4 paradas s\u00f3lidas en SNR = 2, pero no hay mucho m\u00e1s, tal vez media parada. Parece que Sony tiene una gran cantidad de procesamiento de reducci\u00f3n de ruido interno para exprimir este n\u00famero, lo que para la mayor\u00eda de los usuarios estar\u00e1 bien, \u00a1es un gran resultado! En ISO 16000 los resultados son realmente impresionantes: se miden 11,9 paradas (SNR = 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Panasonic S5, por ejemplo, muestra 12,1 paradas (SNR = 2) pero una parada 13 y 14 todav\u00eda visibles, algo similar a la Canon R5 en el modo de filmaci\u00f3n RAW.
