Loupedeck has released a new v5.0 software for its Loupedeck Live and Loupedeck CT controllers. This software update includes a refined and more intuitive user interface, new plugins for vMix and ecamm software, as well as a couple of new features. So let’s take a closer look at it!
Loupedeck, the company that specializes in hardware controllers for multiple applications, is mainly known for its Loupedeck CT controller that we reviewed. However, if you’re looking for a more affordable controller with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro editing capabilities, the Loupedeck+ is also worth a look.
The company continues to improve its products as they just released Loupedeck Software v5.0.
So how can you make a great product even better with this Loupedeck software v5.0 update? First of all, there is a new user interface. In short, it’s now faster and easier to find what you’re looking for, you can drag and drop actions directly to the button/knob you want, and it’s easier than ever to select/switch your user profile.
Also, you can now create powerful macros, actions, or any combination of keys you wish and assign it to any button/icon you want to.
Furthermore, and that’s what I found the most useful new feature for filmmakers and content creators – there are new plugins for vMix and ecamm software. These professional live streaming software are widely used worldwide – even on some high-end productions, and I’m sure users will love this update.
Loupedeck software v5.0 is available now as a free update for all Loupedeck Live and Loupedeck CT users. Of course, it is available for both Windows and macOS.
For more information, please visit Loupedeck’s website here.
Do you use a Loupedeck console to edit your images or footage? What do you think about this new firmware update? Do you use vMix or ecamm? Don’t hesitate to let us know in the comments down below!
