It looks like your lens can mount the new 5D mark III flagship HDSLR pretty soon. After careful observation of the specs many believe the new Canon camera will deliver a lot of pleasing video performance. Not only the specs are right, but it’s possible that the image quality will surpass what we’ve been used to.It has only been several hours since the announcement and the big stores are ready for preorder. Delivery has been announced by Canon for “the end of March 2012”.

As always the camera is still ridiculously priced in most “slower” countries. Unlucky Austrians will add $2000 :) there have been similar reports from Canada.
