Here is a little video from Carl Zeiss Lenses at Photokina 2010 showing off the new 35mm f1.4. The lens looks like it will be available in both Canon and Nikon mounts to start. I use the ZE line exclusively for prime lens work. It is much easier to soften the image in post than try to sharpen it up. Zeiss lenses are always razor sharp. It does not get any better than that.
