Photokina 2016 is slowly coming to an end, and although this event is mostly photography-oriented, we were very pleasantly surprised with the many releases and announcements from various manufacturers that have a direct connection with our video-based industry. Don’t forget that we are video-focused site, which means that we selected our nominees exclusively under the filmmaking aspect (photography innovations are ignored unless they also affect video!).Â
Like with the recent cinema5D IBC 2016 Audience Choice Awards, we would like to give you, our constant cinema5D readers and viewers, the chance to voice your opinion and give recognition to the Photokina 2016 products that you think demonstrate the most relevant advancements. Nino Leitner, AAC is Co-CEO of CineD and MZed. He co-owns CineD (alongside Johnnie Behiri), through his company Nino Film GmbH. Nino is a cinematographer and producer, well-traveled around the world for his productions and filmmaking workshops. He specializes in shooting documentaries and commercials, and at times a narrative piece. Nino is a studied Master of Arts. He lives with his wife and son in Vienna, Austria.
