British rental house and accessory manufacturer Full Frame Camera Co. has just released two lens supports for select Canon telephoto lenses: the Rigfoot 15 and Rigfoot 19. The Rigfoot replaces the original photography tripod foot that comes with your lens and provides either 15mm LWS or 19mm studio rod support.
Full Frame Camera Co. accessories for the Canon EOS C300 Mark III/C500 Mark II were released in 2020 and have been very popular.
The company is now back with a lens support accessory for Canon telephoto lenses: the Full Frame Camera Co. Rigfoot 15 and 19.
The Rigfoot 15 and Rigfoot 19 are machined from solid aluminum billet and designed to replace your lens’ original photography tripod foot.
The Rigfoot attaches to your lens with the same bolts that came with the lens tripod collar.
The Rigfoot 15 is compatible with the Canon FD 200 f/1.8L, Canon EF 200 f/1.8L, Canon EF 400 f/2.8L IS III, Canon EF 600 f/4L IS III, Canon RF 400 f/2.8L IS, Canon RF 600 f/4L IS, Canon RF 800 f/5.6L IS, and Canon RF 1200 f/8L IS.
The Rigfoot 15 supports 15mm rods at standard LWS height when using the Bright Tangerine Morrisey, or Tilta LS-05 lens supports.
The Rigfoot 19 is compatible with the Canon EF 200-400 f/4L IS, Canon EF 400 f/2.8L IS II, Canon EF 400 f/2.8L IS III, Canon EF 500 f/4L IS II, Canon EF 600 f/4L IS II, Canon EF 600 f/4L IS III, Canon RF 400 f/2.8L IS, Canon RF 600 f/4L IS, Canon RF 800 f/5.6L IS, Canon RF 1200 f/8L IS.
This version of Rigfoot ensures that compatible lenses are fully supported with 19mm rods at standard Studio height.
The Full Frame Camera Co. Rigfoot 15 and Rigfoot 19 are now available for £59 and £89, respectively.
