GoPro Quik App subscription update brings 100% quality backups of photos and videos, and unlimited cloud storage for no additional cost.
This past March, GoPro re-launched Quik. This all-in-one app aims to bring all of the camera control and sharing features that GoPro has to offer into one unified app space.
Thrill-seeking GoPro shooters, who subscribe to GoPro’s Quik App, can crank up their action-packed footage with the app’s exclusive premium features. Let’s have a look at the features.
Mural Wall is a video & photo collage feature that places your best, most memorable shots front and center into a photo thread. User selected “keeper” shots from a GoPro camera, smartphone, or another device that you add to Mural are instantly stored in the cloud at 100% resolution.
If you’re taking a camera along to document your adventures, the Mural Wall makes them easy to locate and share. Now that they’re stored in full resolution, you can safely keep them in one spot forever.
The unlimited mural backup feature is already available for Android users following the release of Quik v8.1.1 and is coming soon to iOS devices.
The Quik app is a free download that offers a complimentary trial. Users can subscribe to the Quik app for $1.99/month or $9.99/year. It doesn’t get any better than that for unlimited storage.
What do you think about the GoPro Quik app? Is it a useful tool to help reduce camera clutter? Let us know in the comments below.
