CineD is always searching for a way to connect creators and manufacturers – and of course, to help filmmakers show their work. So, we are excited to announce that next to our ongoing “In the Spotlight with FUJIFILM” series, we also teamed up with Canon to present work done with Canon cameras and share it with our filming community.

That being said, we will only feature selected films. All you need to do is send us a link to a work you recently completed with your Canon camera and we will take a closer look at your submission. 

What genre should I choose?

Anything goes, and everything works. We are happy to share your creative work as long as it does not disrespect others. Oh, and to hopefully inspire you a bit: if I was to be sending one of my works myself, done with a Canon camera, I would have probably chosen the one below!

What do I have to do?

Simple. Just send us a link to your video using our contact form, or by sending an e-mail directly to office [at] cined.com. We’ll watch it, and after thoughtful consideration, we will decide whether we would like to share it with the community. If so, we will send you a list of interview questions and ask you to kindly send the answers back to us, together with a few high-resolution images of you working together with your Canon camera. Your answers will help everyone get to know you and your work better.

And don’t hesitate to send us what you have, even if you have doubts… Remember, when you take pride in something you’ve created, it’s a strong indication that others may also enjoy it!

What else for “In the Spotlight with Canon”? 

Based on our experience, we know that the number of submissions will be high, so we kindly ask you guys to be patient with us as it takes time to view all your videos, decide on who will be presented, and construct the article that will go alongside the submission.
