Canon has released the firmware update for the brand new 1D Mark IV. Here is a quote from the Canon Site.
I think the poor english is just a translation error, but here it is anyway.
“Firmware Version 1.0.6 enhances the AF tracking performance.*
*AF performance has been enhances for receding subjects and for subjects that are approaching at a low speed.”
