We mentioned last week about the imminent order date of the Digital Bolex. Well, the camera is now officially ready for pre-order.

Pre-orders from the Kickstart campaign of the D16 camera are currently in the process of being fulfilled, with fresh orders looking to ship in 8-12 weeks.

“We are pleased to announce that our online store is now open to the general public for orders of D16 cinema cameras and accessories! We are offering a limited run of 500 cameras for pre-sale. These cameras will ship in 8-12 weeks. Our other accessories, such as apparel, camera bags, and batteries, will remain open from now on. Digital Bolex are offering a couple of introductory offers, including a nofilmschool discount code and a package deal with the Switronix battery pack saving you $100 and $20 respectively.
