Over the years, Nuendo from Steinberg has developed to one of the industries leading solutions for professional audio post production. Now, Nuendo 11 is coming with even more improvements.
Steinberg is well-known for their innovative audio solutions. With the current version of Nuendo, version 10, Steinberg has set a new industry standard for VR Audio, audio production for video game developement as well as audio post production for feature films and TV.
The integration with Wwise made Nuendo the best DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) for video games and interactive content and some unique features such as integrated R128 loudness meter, auto-align, field recorder audio import function, video cut detection function and integrated IOSONO 3D audio mixing panel make it one of the industry-leading tools for feature film and TV audio post production.
The dearVR Spatial Connect lets you connect your DAW with VR glasses and do your mixing for VR content on the fly. The tight integration with Yamaha NUAGE Mixing System makes the connection between software and hardware buttery smooth.
Today, Steinberg will hold a streaming live event for the upcoming version of Nuendo and will introduce some unique new features. This includes the new metering tool for Netflix loudness standard, intelligibility meter and SpectraLayer One. Steinberg will also showcase Nuendo’s ability to produce content to Dolby Atmos completely “in the box.”
