Tamron 18-270mm Lens

Tamron Lenses is offering rebates on some of their lenses.  They are offering a $70 rebate on the new 18-270mm T3.5-6.3 Zoom

The 18-270mm has a tremendous FOV range, and could be considered an all in one lens. No Matte Box here as the lens barrel extends from 4” in height at 18mm to a whopping 7.5” at 270mm.

With a lens that nearly doubles in size, it looks like Tamron is trying to make up for some shortcomings in other areas.
