To kick off the new year on the right foot, we partnered up with SIRUI to give away some new amazing filmmaking gear to 10 lucky winners. The SIRUI x CineD 2023 Happy New Year Instagram Giveaway is now live and you have until January 10th, 2023 to try your luck!

Regardless of the time of the year, things are always busy here at CineD, as we’re constantly pushing ourselves to deliver as much content as possible for our beloved community of readers. 2022 was an exciting year and we are thrilled to see (and share!) what the future holds.

To celebrate the beginning of the new year, we decided to organize an Instagram raffle in partnership with Chinese manufacturer SIRUI. The company launched quite a few interesting products last year, completing its Venus 1.6x full-frame anamorphic lens lineup and exploring new market segments. So let’s take a look at prizes, rules and all things raffle!

By entering the raffle, you become eligible to win one among the following items that make up our Ultimate Prize Pack:

The SIRUI 50mm 1.33x Anamorphic lens can help you move your first steps in the magical world of anamorphic glass. I used to own this lens and pair it with my old Sony PXW-FS5, and I’ve always been impressed by how portable this glass is.

How to enter: a few simple steps

Entering the SIRUI x CineD New Year Giveaway couldn’t be easier, since only a few simple rules (and a little bit of luck!) are separating you from our juicy prize pack. The competition is open globally and, in order to be eligible to win, you must:

• be 18 years old or older;
• follow both SIRUI (@siruiimaging) and CineD (@cinednews) Instagram accounts;
• hit the Like button on the dedicated Instagram post; 
• tag your friends in the comment section of the post (keep in mind that 1 tag equals 1 entry);

Also, sharing the SIRUI x CineD Giveaway post in your Instagram stories will increase your chances of winning. You have until January 10th, 2023 at 11:59 pm PST to submit your entry and become one of the 10 lucky winners. These will be randomly drawn on January 11th and, if you’re among those, you will receive a notification in your Instagram DMs.
